The native tapioca/cassava/manioc starch is derived from the root of the cassava plant and has outstanding gel characteristics. This plant-based starch has a very low level of residual contaminants, and a bland flavor. It is naturally gluten-free and non-GMO, making it a popular choice for gluten-free and celiac-friendly recipes. It is also possible for customers who require tapioca starch type with Low Total Plate Count.
